Kaydenz Kitchen leased 5,022 square feet of retail space at 154 Mt. Auburn Ave. in Auburn from Fire on the Mountain LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Shivam Kumar from Rockstar Real Estate brokered the lease.
The Maine Mariners leased 3,749 square feet of office space at 480 Congress St. in Portland from Ashby Team LLC. Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Ironclad Maine LLC leased 1,860 square feet of retail space at 40-75 Wells Plaza in Wells from B33 Wells Plaza II LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Derek Miller, Brice O’Connor and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.
Dunesss LLC leased 1,627 square feet of retail space at 144 Fore St. in Portland from 144 Fore St. LLC. The tenant was represented by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.
Jennifer L. Morgan leased 383 square feet of office space at 10 Water St. in Waterville from North River Hathaway LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.
