T’s R Us LLC leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 235 Portland Road in Gray from 235 Portland LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
Woods + Water Gear Exchange LLC leased 4,854 square feet of office/retail space at 457 U.S. Route One in Freeport from Gretna Group LLC. Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Desri Project Management Services LLC leased 2,540 square feet of office space at 254 Commercial St. in Portland from Waterfront Maine LP. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Derek Miller of the Boulos Co.
Living Innovations Support Services LLC leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 15 Starrett Drive in Belfast from Oceanview Sunsets LLC. The tenant was represented by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate.
Page One Web Solutions LLC leased 1,964 square feet of office space at the Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The tenant was represented by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.
Fiore Interiors LLC leased 1,870 square feet of office space at 55 Washington Ave. in Portland from Dayton 59 LLC. The tenant was represented by Amanda Melnick of Coldwell Banker Realty. The landlord was represented by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co.
Royal Smoke & Snacks Corp. leased 1,800 square feet of retail space at 580 Alfred St. in Biddeford from Winchendon LLC. Frank O’Connor and Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Maine Gold & Silver leased 11,800 square feet retail space at 264 Gorham Road in South Portland from Washington Baxter LLC. The tenant was represented by Samantha Drake of LUX Realty.
Allied Cook Construction leased 6,090 square feet of industrial space at 176 Riverside Industrial Parkway in Portland from 176 Industrial Parkway LLC. Justin Lamontagne and Greg Perry from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Legacy Point Financial Group LLC leased 2,562 square feet of office space at 600 Sable Oaks Drive in South Portland from Atlantic Regional Federal Credit Union. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia and Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Azul Agave Mexican Cuisine Inc. leased 1,772 square feet of retail space at 40-75 Wells Plaza in Wells from B33 Wells Plaza II LLC.
