Maine Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 114 North St. in Houlton from Gray Matter Technologies. Josh Soley of CORE brokered the deal.
Bell Pump Service Co. Inc. leased 14,128 square feet of industrial space at 116 Riverside Industrial Parkway in Portland from Berzinis Realty LLC. The tenant was represented by Tim Millett from Porta & Co. The landlord was represented by Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.
U.S. General Services Administration leased 5,500 square feet of office space at 40 Manson Libby Road in Scarborough from AEY LLC. Josh Soley of CORE brokered the deal.
