Portland Global Advisors LLC leased 6,508 square feet of office space at 12 Mountfort St. in Portland from Covetrus Inc. Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group and Clarie Richardson from the Boulos Co. brokered the lease.
Lead Maine leased 6,450 square feet of office space 184 Main St. in Lewiston from Fhloston Paradise LLC. Josh Soley, Andre Rossignol and Nicholas Mills of CORE brokered the deal.
Tiny Triumphs leased 3,951 square feet of retail space at 2 Main St. in Biddeford from Wayne Aerospace LLC. Josh Soley, Dylan Cross and Clay Hardy of CORE brokered the deal.
An undisclosed tenant leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 26 Evergreen Drive in Portland from AIM Evergreen LLC. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
Honeywell International Inc. renewed its 2,951-square-foot office lease at 68 Darin Drive in Augusta from M&H Family Realty LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Ellie Birkeneder from Jones Lang Lasalle brokered the renewal.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine leased 2,540 square feet of office space at 506 Main St. in Westbrook from Stockhouse Station LLC. The tenant was represented by Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden of the Dunham Group. The landlord was represented by Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers.
Sweetser leased 1,792 square feet of office space at 280 State St. in Augusta from MSD 280 Inc. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Nick Lucas from the Boulos Co. brokered the lease.
Full Circle Orthopedics LLC leased 1,105 square feet of office space at 200 Professional Drive, Suite 1, in Scarborough from HEGA Realty LLC. The tenant was represented by Mike Anderson from Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.
Whitney Lallas leased 900 square feet at 15 Monument Square in Portland from 15 Monument Square LLC. Clay Hardy and Josh Soley of CORE brokered the deal.

465 TS Portland LLC leased 6,350 square feet of retail space at 465 Maine Mall Road in South Portland from New Gen Estates LLC. The tenant was represented by Angelo Pappas of Charter Realty. The landlord was represented by Derek Miller and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
TurbineOne Inc. leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 18 Wing Drive in Old Town from DGC Properties LLC. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Stephen Sprague of ERA Dawson Bradford.
Portland Media Center subleased 5,500 square feet of office/retail space at 509 Forest Avenue in Portland from DC 509 Lofts MT LLC. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and John Finegan of the Boulos Co.
Honeck & O’Toole Accountants LLC leased 4,062 square feet of office space at 400 Congress St. in Portland from P.O. Square Building LLC. The tenant was represented by Lauren Steele of CBRE. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co.
