812 Portland Road, Saco: 31,000-square-foot industrial building sold to 88 Main LLC Panther Residential Management LLC for $2.125 million. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Jan. 20.

21 Ocean Park Road, Saco: Classic Inn sold to R&G Real Estate Holdings LLC by Sairam LLC for $1.6 million. Roger Daigle and Wendy King-White of Daigle Commercial Group (representing seller) facilitated the sale, which closed Jan. 23.

102 Main St., Saco: 9,752-square-foot industrial building sold to Northern Pioneer Works LLC by Baxter & Cutts LLC for $1.45 million. Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group, and Nate Stevens from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed Jan. 23.

73 Industrial Park Road, Saco: 4,211-square-foot industrial unit sold to 73 Industrial U 5&6 LLC by Saco Flex LLC for $863,255. Jon Rizzo and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co. and Zach Resnikoff of Keller Williams Commercial brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 11, 2025.

3 Woodbridge Corner Road, Sherman: 7,093-square-foot retail building and business assets of Sherman Thriftway sold to Priya and Aarya LLC by Mahakal LLC for $850,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 11, 2025.

15 Danielle Drive, Windham: 6,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Chinchilla Landscaping & Tree Services LLC by CannaRX LLC for $842,680. John Finegan and Emmett Frueh of the Boulos Co. and Suphi Turker of Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 16, 2025.

2 Medical Center Drive, Nos. 5 and 6, Biddeford: 2,240-square-foot medical office condo sold to 2 Medical Center Dr ME LLC by Arthur Gager for $661,084. Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Jan. 27.

20 Nubble Rd, Cape Neddick: The Lighthouse Inn & Suites sold to ONO Realty LLC by Ahearn Family Camping Inc. The hotel property was listed at $5,125,000. Alexandra Diaz and Roger Daigle of Daigle Commercial Group facilitated the sale, which closed on Jan. 29.

380 Payne Road, Scarborough. A 9.89-acre parcel of land sold to Joy Real Estate of Scarborough 2 LLC by Amir Javed and Maaz Ullah, for $220,000. The buyer was represented by Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. The deal closed Nov. 20, 2025.

9-11 Bismark St., Portland: A 0.9-acre parcel of land sold to Homes For All LLC by Diane Tarulli and Mark Stephens, for $195,000. The buyer was represented by Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. The seller was represented by Tom Landry of Benchmark Real Estate. The deal closed Dec. 12, 2025.

245-253 Commercial St., Portland: 245 Commercial Street LLC purchased a 44,316-square-foot retail and office building from Casco View Holdings LLC for $10 million. The seller was represented by Greg Boulos and Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. The deal closed Dec. 19, 2025.

16 Washington Ave., Scarborough: Washington Avenue Commerce Center LLC purchased a 59,220-square-foot industrial building from RTS Packaging LLC for $4.8 million. The seller was represented by Chris Paszyc and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co. and Bill Lakios of CBRE Global Portfolio Services. The deal closed Dec. 29, 2025.

48 South St., Blue Hill: Mainescape Garden Center sold to Potamoi Holdings LLC by Mainescape Inc. for undisclosed price. Dana Moos and Nancy McKechnie of Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 17.
