ASR Engineering Inc. leased 3,600 square feet of industrial space at 26 Evergreen Drive in Portland from AIM Evergreen LLC. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers managed the transaction.
Terradyn Consultants LLC leased 2,445 square feet of office space at 50 Monument Square in Portland from the Lancaster Group LLC. The tenant was represented by Brandon Mitchell from Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Katie Breggia and Tom Moulton from the Dunham Group.
Reservoir Home LLC leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 220 Industrial Way, Suite 2, in Portland from Industrial Way LLC. Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Hifi Vent Inc. leased 1,882 square feet of industrial space at 390 Presumpscot St. in Portland from MKC Properties. The tenant was represented by John Finegan from the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group.
Nexus Appraisal Management Services leased 980 square feet of office space at 201 Main St. in Westbrook from Pride Properties Inc. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers managed the transaction.

RXO Last Mile Inc. leased 42,000 square feet of industrial space at 115 Logistics Drive in Auburn from Gendron Logistics LLC. The tenant was represented by Russell Perry of R.E. Perry Company. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc, Chris Romano and Tripp Clark of the Boulos Co.
The Cardboardbox Project Inc. leased 15,413 square feet of industrial space at 39 Eisenhower Drive in Westbrook from 39 Eisenhower Drive LLC. The tenant was represented by Jim Boyle of Marcus & Millichap. The landlord was represented by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.
207 Billiards leased 13,320 square feet of retail space at 1247 Main St. in Sanford from KMAN Scarborough LLC. Peter Gwilym and Emmett Peoples of Porta & Co. brokered the transaction.
