Marin Brands Inc. leased 6,000 square feet of flex space at 1039 Riverside St. in Portland from 1039 Riverside LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Casco Bay EyeCare LLC leased 5,000 square feet of retail/office space at 33 Gorham Road in Scarborough from Oak Hill Holdings LLC. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers managed the transaction.
Harbor Strength Co. leased 2,616 square feet of mixed-use space at 160 Presumpscot St. in Portland from SJ Bruni LLC. Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers managed the transaction.
Black Dog Collectibles LLC leased 1,675 square feet of office space at 482 Congress St. in Portland from Center Congress LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Unity Grocery leased 2,700 square feet of retail space at 120 Center St. in Auburn from 120 Center St. Plaza LLC. Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
