33 Sewall St., Portland: 55,875-square-foot medical office building sold to AG-SC Sewall Street Owner LLC by Fore River Realty Associates for $23.5 million. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia, TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed March 24

110 Free St., Portland: 85,972-square-fot office building, 4,300-square-foot retail building and two parking lots sold to Portland Museum of Art by MaineHealth for $14 million. Joe Malone, Mark Malone, Luke Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed March 20.

1127, 1133 and 1135 Washington Ave., Portland: 33.17-acre development site with 83,000-square-foot former care facility, 3,004-square-foot building and 768-square-foot residential home sold to Cooper Properties Inc. by MaineHealth for $4 million. Mark Malone, Joe Malone, Luke Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed March 27.

36 West Grand Ave., Old Orchard Beach: The Inn at SoHo Square sold to Triton Investments by SSB LLC for $3.75 million. Edward Baldacci of Keller Williams Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal.

9-17 Exchange St., Portland: 24,500 square feet of retail space sold to Thanos LLC by Eleven Exchange LLC  for $1,526,070. Josh Soley and Andre Rossignol of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed March 4.

1-7 Exchange St, Portland: 6,180 square feet of retail space sold to Sol-002 LLC by Eleven Exchange LLC for $1,386,052. Josh Soley and Andre Rossignol of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed March 4.

41 Main St., Biddeford: 19,972 square feet of industrial space sold to Steve Goodrich by 41 Main St Biddeford LLC for $1.2 million.  Josh Soley of CORE Firms and Tom Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed March 5.

363 Fore St., Portland: 8,600 square feet of retail space sold to the Stonecutters LLC by Eleven Exchange LLC for $805,566. Josh Soley and Andre Rossignol of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed March 5.

2 Rockwood Ave., Bar Harbor: Single-family home transitioning to rooming house sold to MDI YMCA by Tim and Susan Buell for $650,000. Erica Brooks of Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal.

373-375 Fore St., Portland: 7,500 square feet of retail space sold to the Langham by Eleven Exchange LLC by unspecified seller for $587,312.  Josh Soley of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed March 5.

15 Pepperell Square, Saco: 4,186-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Jin Real Estate LLC by SRM Holdings LLC for $425,000. Chris Gallagher, Joe Italiaander and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 21.

103 River St., Sanford: 11,600-square-foot industrial building sold to MB Properties Sanford LLC by DCR Properties of Maine LLC for $422,500. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group (representing seller) and Scott Sheppard from RE/MAX Shoreline (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed March 27.

Route 15/River Road, Bucksport: 13.47 acres of land sold to Dysart Realty Co. by Sprague International Properties LLC for $400,000. Tom Dunham and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed March 16.

Lots 9 and 10 Enterprise Drive, Arundel: 3.04 acres sold to Dan and Ali Properties LLC by DAC Properties 3 LLC for $205,000. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed March 24.

23 Main St., Fairfield: 2,500 square feet of special-use space sold to Backwoods Services LLC by Maine Avenue Auto Services for $201,240. Charlie Hippler and Ben Spencer of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed March 26.

0 New Dam Road, Sanford: 4,552-square-foot industrial building sold to John Ellis and Douglas Ellis by Robbins Lumber Sanford LLC for $140,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 18.

67 Elm St., Camden: Blue Harbor House Inn sold to Bay & Boulder LLC by Six Seven Elm LLC for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Portside Real Estate Group (representing buyer) and Michelle Peacock with City + Harbor Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed April 1.

3 Southgate Road, Unit 5, Scarborough: 1,786-square-foot industrial condo sold to Southgate Ventures V LLC by TLAC Motors LLC for $345,000.
