15 Chestnut St., Portland: 14,358 square feet of hospitality space sold to Boodilly LLC by Jedi Temple LLC for $1.43 million. Josh Soley of CORE Firms brokered the deal, which closed Jan 27.
7 Industrial Parkway, Brunswick:Â 14,000-square-foot industrial building on 4.59 acres sold to 43 North LLC by Domizi Revocable Trust for $920,000. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 10.
15 Boothbay St., Augusta: Multi-family building sold to CKW II LLC by Heather S. Parsons for $366,0248. Camille White of CORE Firms and Shelby Place of Hoang Realty LLC brokered the deal, which close Jan 6.
1468 Portland Road, Arundel: Charlie Horse Screen Printing sold to JMCE LLC by Charlie Horse Screen Printing & Embroidery for $250,000. Ed Larochelle of Keller Williams Realty (representing seller) and Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 2.

40 Waterville Commons Drive, Waterville: 23,748-square-foot medical building sold to HarborCoast Waterville LLC by the Jeffersonian LLC for $2.9 million. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 30.
2 Gould St., Camden: 4,840-square-foot retail building and business assets sold to TKN Properties LLC by Atlas Ventures Partners Realty Trust for $2.2 million. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 22.
20 Northbrook Drive, Falmouth: 5,568-square-foot medical/office building sold to Twenty North Brook LLC by AA Realty Associates, LLC for $1.615 million. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co. (represnting buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 30.
