100 Middle St., Portland: 195,000-rentable-square-foot Class A office space on 1.59 acres sold to CF 100 Middle LLC by Albany Road-Partners LLC for $33,823,722. Joseph Porta of Porta & Co. (representing all parties) brokered the deal, which closed April 9.

355 Main St., Ogunquit: The Front Yard restaurant sold to 7 Shree Sikotar MAA LCC by Daniel and Jacob LLC and Adria Inc. as an off-market transaction for undisclosed price. The asking price was $3.5 million. Roger Daigle and Alexandra Diaz of Daigle Commercial Group (representing buyers) and Gail Bergeron of Aland Realty (representing sellers) brokered the transaction, which closed April 27.

65-75 Carey Circle, Hampden; 7,000-square-foot industrial building sold to ELTO Realty LLC by PESNKE Truck Leasing Co. for $1.15 million.  Charles Day of Porta & Co brokered the deal, which closed in March.

11 Fireslate Place, Lewiston: 14,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Lumon Industries LLC by RSP Lewiston LLC for $775,000. Charlie Hippler and Josh Soley of CORE, Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers and Bryant Loch of JLL brokered the deal.

73 Industrial Park Road, Saco: 1,726-square-foot industrial condo sold to Seven Saco LLC by Saco Flex LLC for $353,830. Jon Rizzo and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 27.

228 Hinckley Road, Clinton: 1,662-square-foot retail building sold to Sahi Pakde Realty LLC by Super 95 One Stop Inc. for $275,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed March 13.

0 Center St., Auburn: 26.10-acre parcel of land sold to DNG Capital LLC by Schooner Memory Care Acquisition LLC for undisclosed price. Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed March 12.

33 Sea View Drive, Lincolnville: The Victorian By the Sea B&B sold to Medley’s Inn LLC by Carol Ann Cole for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Portside Real Estate Group (representing seller) and Avary Otis of Camden Coast Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed April 28.

68 Elm St., Camden: Towne Motel sold to Clifford O’Sullivan LLC by LTTC Maine for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed April 29.

1390 Congress St., Portland: 1,440-square-foot retail building sold to University Credit Union by CP Westgate LLC for $1.45 million. Frank O’Connor and Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group and John Doyon from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed May 4.

85 E St., South Portland: 8,704-square-foot office/residential building sold to Sea Point LLC by 85 E Street LLC for $1,374,500. 200 Kennedy Memorial Drive, Waterville: 113,056-square-foot hospital building on 30.32 acres sold to Inland Commercial Center LLC by Northern Light Health for undisclosed price. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed April 20.
