183 Park St., South Paris: Gas station on 1.05 acres of land sold to Palakben Patel by Catherine J. Richards for $1.1 million. Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 20.
845 Old Post Road, Arundel:Â 1 acre of land with a 7,140-square-foot industrial building sold to Penobscot LLC by Superior Plus Energy Services Inc. for $775,000. Emmett Peoples of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 21.

369 Civic Center Drive, Augusta: 8-acre parcel of improved land sold to RS Storage Services Co. by Ruth E. Babcock for $480,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Tony Poulin of Meservier and Associates brokered the deal, which closed Aug 18.
