Advisors Living Cape Elizabeth joined Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group.
The office at 295 Ocean House Road is now operating as Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group Cape Elizabeth, expanding the brokerage’s presence in southern Maine while strengthening its footprint in the coastal and luxury market. The office will operate as a Distinctive Collection–branded location, reflecting a focus on luxury and lifestyle real estate.
Distinctive Collection is a Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate luxury program that provides specialized marketing and resources, including targeted marketing tools, editorial and lifestyle exposure, and bespoke listing materials.
The expansion brings together a local team with an established northern New England real estate networks, and is expected to offer enhanced resources, broader reach and local expertise for buyers and sellers in Cape Elizabeth and surrounding communities.
The Cape Elizabeth market is a natural fit for Masiello’s growth in Maine, said Joanne Goguen, CEO of the Masiello Group.

Founded in 1966, the Masiello Group is the largest residential real estate firm north of Boston, according to a news release. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group has over 25 offices throughout northern New England.
