After two-year break, Bangor Chamber will resume in-person annual breakfast in January

After a two-year break during the pandemic, the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce said this week it will hold an in-person Annual Business Breakfast Meeting in January.

The meeting was last held in person in January 2020.

The event is typically a major draw for the business community, with an average of 350 to 400 attendees and as many as 500 some years, the Chamber said.

The event is a chance for attendees to meet the Chamber staff and board of directors.

The event will also honor the Chamber’s Volunteer of the Year, Mark Pellon, a floral designer with Lougee & Fredericks Florist Inc.

“Our annual business breakfast brings together business leaders from the Bangor Region and beyond. We are excited to gather in person to recognize our board of directors, our Volunteer of the Year and to hear from Maj. Gen. Douglas Farnham about how conflicts overseas affect our region and economy,” said Deb Neuman, president and CEO of the Chamber.

The breakfast will be Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 7:15-9:15 a.m., at the ballroom at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

Tickets will be $30 per person for Chamber members and $35 for others. Tables are available for $240 for members, $280 for non-members and $400 for corporate sponsors. To register, click here
