A veteran in the real estate industry has started his own group, with his son, under the Keller Williams Realty Maine banner.
Rob Baldacci and his son Edward Baldacci formed the Baldacci Group, with a focus on the commercial and residential markets.
Keller Williams has an office at 50 Sewall St. in Portland.
Rob Baldacci, a Maine native, has over 40 years of experience in real estate development, management and brokerage. The industry veteran provides representation for landlords and tenants, specializing in new development consulting, asset dispositions, portfolio acquisitions and leasing.
He most recently worked as a commercial broker at F.O. Bailey Real Estate.
Edward Baldacci previously worked in hotel management at Portsmouth, N.H.-based Ocean Properties Florida properties. He joined Keller Williams in 2025 and has been part of several larger-scale multifamily projects and several hotel deals across Maine, including the recent sale of the Inn at SoHo Square at 36 West Grand Ave. in Old Orchard Beach for $3.75 million. Baldacci represented the buyer Triton Investments. The seller was SSB LLC.
