Bangor Savings Bank announced today it has received the top customer satisfaction score of all New England banks in an annual ranking by J.D. Power and Associates.
Through a customer survey by the Calif.-based marketing firm, the $2.8 billion Bangor bank scored 831 out of a total 1,000 points for customer satisfaction.
“This is a demonstration of the hard work and dedication of each and every one of our 750 employees in Maine,” said Jim Conlon, bank president and CEO, in a prepared statement.
This is the first year the bank was included in the nationwide survey.
