The sole open space at Bangor’s Stillwater Crossing has found its tenant, as the owners of the Portland-based Kon Asian Bistro have signed a lease to open a hibachi-style restaurant in the retail plaza.
The Bangor Daily News reported that it’s unclear when the new Hibachi restaurant will open, as the 8,000-square-foot space that shares a building with a recently opened Elevation Burger “is still an empty shell” according to the BDN.
This will be Bangor’s second Hibachi eatery. Kobe Ninja House sits approximately a mile down Stillwater Avenue from the retail plaza.
