Caring Unlimited

2022 Goals

As we look ahead to 2022, we are committed to providing all of our critical services and ensuring that our programs are accessible and welcoming to the diverse community we are here to serve.

  • Strengthen: We will prioritize our core services: providing direct support and individualized safety planning to more than 2000 people annually–free of charge, 24 hours a day. We will meet emergency needs and expand community collaborations.
  • Connect: We will seek new strategies, utilize technology, and build relationships to ensure that people who need our services know we are here, and they are not alone.
  • Advocate: We are committed to changing the conditions which allow domestic violence to persist. We will continue working with law enforcement, health care and other partners to improve responses to victims of domestic violence. We will educate the community to know and understand their role in ending domestic violence.
  • Include: We recognize that the root of domestic violence is oppression and that all forms of oppression intersect. Diversity, equity and inclusion will be at the forefront of our work. We will focus on three areas: attitudes and beliefs, training and education, and implementation to improve our organization’s performance.
