Cianbro in Pittsfield is planning to hire 300 workers over the next few weeks after having recently hired an additional 300 this summer.
The Bangor Daily News reported that the hiring spree is the result of several projects Cianbro has won with the state and other places.
Projects include the Sarah Long Bridge replacement in Kittery and the expansion of the International Marine Terminal in Portland.
