Mike Cobb, the managing director and principal in Maine for commercial real estate service firm Colliers, recently received the firm’s Darlington DeStefano Inspiration Award.
Given in tribute to two of Colliers’ late colleagues, this award recognizes an individual who has conducted themselves in an inspirational way over the past year.
“Cobb’s dedication, integrity and unwavering leadership at Colliers, and in his community, embody the very spirit of this recognition,” the firm said.
Other 2024 award winners were:
- Doug Martin, vice president and principal in New Hampshire, Top Producer Award, recognizing his exceptional performance and leadership in the market.
- Martin and Bob Rohrer, managing director and principal in New Hampshire, Deal of the Year Award for their role in the $6.9 million sale of 299 Pepsi Road in Manchester, N.H., a 51,000-square-foot warehouse / manufacturing building.
- Andy Ward, senior associate in the Portsmouth office, Acceleration Award for achieving a strong 2024 production level.
