Proprietors of Union Wharf proposes to build three office and retail buildings along the water side of Commercial Street in Portland.
The Portland Press Herald reports that the three mixed-use buildings would sit at 230 Commercial St.
The first proposed structure would be a $1.5 million, three-story office building that would replace a warehouse that was once home to Custom Float Services.
The project’s second building would be 4,855-square foot open market that would house a pair of restaurants.
The third proposed structure would replace the Japanese restaurant and sushi bar Sapporo with a three-story, mixed-use building that would include restaurant, retail and office space, the Press Herald wrote.
