A Connecticut accounting firm has acquired the Portland-based Fannon Valuation Group.
The Hartford Business Journal reported Wednesday that Meyers, Harrison, & Pia LLC acquired Fannon for an undisclosed price.
Fannon has operated independently for about eight years after separating from a larger, regional accounting firm, according to the New Haven Register.
The merger gives Meyers, Harrison & Pia a total of 48 employees at offices in Greenwich, New York City, New Haven and Portland.
