The town of Kennebunk has seen a mini building boom over the past year. In addition to a handful of single-family homes being built, two small subdivisions (four and seven homes) are under construction and a seven-unit townhouse apartment project is wrapping up.
The latest multi-unit build is a 24-unit market-rate condominium project, going up off of U.S. Route 1, on Creekside Court. Cottage Advisors Home Builders LLC, based in Kennebunk, has started construction on the first two buildings, anticipated to be completed this summer.

There are 22 duplex units and two single units, being offered with two slightly different floor plans. One layout has two bedrooms with storage on the first floor and the other has the storage area finished as a flex room with a full bathroom, on the first floor.
Square footage of the homes ranges from 1,525 square feet to 1,895 square feet.
Listing broker Carrie Scoville, with Signature Homes Real Estate Group LLC in Scarborough, told Mainebiz that the two-bedroom homes are priced at $549,900; the three-bedroom units are $595,900.
Scoville is pre-selling now and said she expects the project to be completed by this time in 2027.
