Portland-based Developers Collaborative has announced that Eric Boucher has joined the company as both CFO and COO.

Boucher brings close to three decades of financial leadership experience in housing, banking and professional services, and will oversee the company’s financial strategy, capital planning and operational performance for its development and property management portfolio in Maine.
With Boucher joining the leadership team, previous COO Amanda Bartlett will devote her focus to real estate development, where she has already been instrumental in advancing mission-driven projects and nonprofit partnerships.
Boucher’s background
Boucher most recently served as executive vice president, CFO and COO at Portland-based nonprofit Avesta Housing, where he spent more than 15 years.
“Eric brings a rare combination of financial expertise, operational leadership and deep experience in housing,” said Kevin Bunker, founder and principal of Developers Collaborative.
“As our company continues to grow in Maine, Eric’s strategic insight and track record guiding complex organizations will be invaluable,” Bunker said. “His experience in housing and community-focused organizations aligns perfectly with our commitment to responsible development and addressing housing needs throughout the state.”
Prior to Avesta Housing, Boucher held financial leadership roles with TD Bank and Camden National Corp. and began his career in audit and advisory services with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
“I’m excited to join a team that is deeply committed to quality development and strengthening communities, and I look forward to supporting the company’s continued growth,” Boucher said.
Developers Collaborative is a real estate development company focused on creating housing and mixed-use communities that contribute to the long-term vitality of cities and towns across the state.
