City officials in Ellsworth are hoping a new website listing local commercial properties will help locate buyers for open spaces.
The Ellsworth American reported the city hopes to have the website in place by the end of this summer, providing a centralized list of all local commercial real estate up for sale or lease.
Officials are calling the website, still in the works, the Ellsworth Commercial Information Exchange.
