Portside’s program connects newly licensed agents with mentors who provide a year of training through one-on-one coaching, live transaction support and practical skill-building designed to give them a foundation for long-term success in real estate.

“In an industry where four out of five agents leave the business within two years, we’ve flipped that statistic at Portside,” said David Bruce, agent relations manager for the midcoast region. “Our mentorship model gives new agents the structure, guidance and support they need to build lasting careers, and we’re seeing them thrive.”

Participants also take part in monthly “ninja selling skills training,” broker education classes and professional development designed to sharpen business strategy and client service.
