The Maine Senate has confirmed Bruce Wagner for a four-year term as the CEO of the Finance Authority of Maine, the state’s quasi-independent business and education finance agency.
Nominated by Gov. Paul LePage, Wagner was CEO of Barber Foods, president of W.R. Grace’s Darex container products division and CFO at Martin’s Point Health Care, according to a statement from the agency. Wagner also served as director of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology-affiliated Center for Quality Management and started his own business consulting firm called Traverse CEO LLC.
