Dream Local Digital, a digital marketing agency in Rockland, has promoted five women within to reflect its 2023 theme to “Be Extraordinary.”
“Each of these talented women are truly embodiments of our culture,” said founder Shannon Kinney, who was a 2013 Mainebiz Woman to Watch. “I couldn’t be more proud of each of these talented #HoneyBadgers who have worked SO hard and accomplished so much. They and the rest of our dedicated team are what fuels our continued success and growth.”
The women will be overseeing both internal and external operations.

Amber Anderson was promoted to chief operating officer. She will be in charge of increasing the agency’s profitability, sustainability and efficiency. Anderson was previously director of production and operations.

Kasey Welch Ahlquist was promoted to chief marketing officer. Ahlquist will be in charge of increasing Dream Local’s revenue and repositioning the agency. Before the promotion, she was the director of strategy and content and the strategy and content manager.

Alexandrea Chase was promoted to digital production manager. She will lead the agency’s fulfillment efforts across the SEO and content teams and lead the new growth packages that are the primary new product line.

Mary Allen was promoted to assistant digital production manager. Allen will work with clients and the fulfillment teams.

Kaye Nisbet is now the digital marketing manager, where in addition to working with some of the agency’s largest clients, she will now be working on the agency’s own marketing.
