KG Partners, an advertising firm in Portland, recently laid off 20% of its staff because of a slow down in work load.
The company, which also has an office in Boston, was forced to lay off eight employees at the end of April because its work load from a large regional client recently slowed down, Belinda Donovan, director of public relations, told Mainebiz this morning.
The company currently employees 33 workers, the majority in Portland, Donovan says.
