An 118-unit condominium development at 171 Brook St. near Pride’s Corner in Westbrook is under construction by South Portland-based Optimum Construction Inc.
Developer Brooks Edge Farm LLC is growing the 48-acre neighborhood in five phases.
Phase one went under construction in the spring of 2024, Fifty of the cottage-style units have already been sold and 30 have been built.
Scarborough-based Walker Team Real Estate is the listing broker, handling pre-sales.
The two-bedroom condominiums are 1,345 square feet and the three-bedroom styles — a rarity for new condos — are 1,970 square feet. Prices range from $529,000 to $549,000.
