Brokers with Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty took the four top spots on this year’s ranking by RealTrends, a residential real estate industry consulting and research firm.
Brian Wickenden came in at No. 1, with $75.88 million in sales. He was followed by Alexa Oestreicher with $49.66 million, Elise Kiely with $40.75 million and Sandra Wendland with $34.69 million.
Three additional Legacy brokers were also in the top 10: William Gaynor with $27.51 million, Aaron Crossman with $26.82 million and Anne Bosworth with $24.05 million.
Taking fifth and sixth were Steven Shelton of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group with $28.18 million and Kelly Sahabo of Keller Williams Realty at $27.92 million. Sandra Murray of Keller Williams Realty, with $23.99 million, was No. 10.
Legacy also achieved its highest placement to date, ranking No. 300 in the U.S.
