Reveler Development is wrapping construction on the final phase of the Levee mixed-use development, which repurposes the former Saco-Lowell textile mill, situated alongside the Saco River in Biddeford.
North Lofts is a five-story, newly-built 51-unit market-rate apartment complex, located at 10 Upper Falls Road. It shares amenities with the adjacent 97 Lofts South apartments, which were built in a portion of the refurbished mill.

Reveler’s in-house construction team led the $16 million North Lofts project. The architect is Ryan Senatore Architecture; both firms are headquartered in Portland.
“Lofts North builds on a vision we’ve been advancing for years, and we couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome residents this summer,” said John Laliberte, CEO of Reveler.
“These apartments are designed to feel connected with not only the broader community at the Levee, but also downtown Biddeford,” Laliberte added, “offering residents a place that’s both scenic and central.”
Also opening at the Levee is the 25,000-square-foot events space, the Foundry on the Levee, built in another portion of the mill. The venue takes advantage of the building’s soaring 35-foot ceilings and oversized factory windows, and features a 3,400-square-foot covered outdoor patio.

The space can accommodate a total of 800 guests and includes an integrated floral design studio.
It’s situated on the end of Biddeford’s Upper Falls Road peninsula, steps away from the Riverwalk and Pearl Street Park.
Reveler and Ryan Senatore Architecture handled the Foundry build out. Total cost of the project was $5.5 million.
Maine Venue Partners has leased the venue and is beginning to host events this summer.
The Levee project also includes 32 condominiums in the Landing on the Levee and a self-storage facility.
