Sale pending signs have been posted on some of the six interconnected buildings on Exchange Street in downtown Bangor that recently hit the market.
A broker on the pending sale, John Bonadio of Maine Commercial Realty, told the Bangor Daily News last week that he’s working to close the deal with an unnamed local developer. Bonadio added that the possible buyer has requested to remain anonymous until later in the process.
“I believe we have a good match for the project,” Bonadio told the BDN. “The prospective buyer is a very talented and experienced local developer.”
The six interconnected buildings on Exchange Street, between the intersections of State and York streets, encompass 53,000 square feet of usable space and have a price tag of $1.95 million, according to the BDN.
