Maine Beer Co. leases distribution site in Westbrook

Maine Beer Co., which is wrapping up a 24,000-square-foot expansion of its Freeport brewery, will add a 30,000-square-foot storage and distribution site at 15 Saunders Way in Westbrook. In each case, the extra space is to handle the brewery’s increased production. The Westbrook space is being built by J.B. Brown & Sons and is expected to be completed in June. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and the tenant by Derek Miller, both of CBRE | The Boulos Co.
