Nate Stevens, managing partner and designated broker at the Boulos Co., earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. Founded in 1940, SIOR is a Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate association whose members represent the top 5% of industry professionals across 686 cities and 36 countries.
“In order to be considered, you must demonstrate a high level of sustained production over a number of years and, more importantly, be vetted by your peers — who very often are competition,” said Chris Paszyc, Boulos managing partner.
“SIOR connects me to a national network of top-tier practitioners, so when I’m advising someone on a deal, I can draw on insight and data from markets well beyond Maine,” said Stevens. The Portland native joined Boulos in 2007.
Aiden Snell joined Auburn-based Fontaine Family as a Realtor, bringing a background in construction, excavation and residential property improvement. As the owner of Summit Foundation Solutions, he has worked with homeowners on foundation repair and drainage projects, giving him firsthand knowledge of residential construction, site development and overall property conditions.
Jes Wallimann, a broker at Vitalius Real Estate Group, was recently named “Best Realtor” in the “Best of Portland 2026” rankings. Wallimann joined Vitalius in 2019 and covers Greater Portland’s single-family, condo and multi-family markets. She previously worked as an ER nurse.
CORE hired Andrei Vile as a property manager. Vile manages a portfolio of commercial properties in Portland, South Portland, Westbrook and Freeport. The southern Maine native brings entrepreneurial background and real estate experience to the position.
“There’s a balance between the analytical side of the job — managing budgets, reports, and the day-to-day operations of a property — and the people side, which I really enjoy,” said Vile. “You’re building relationships with tenants and business owners, solving problems, and dealing with situations that you can’t necessarily plan for.”
Vile grew up on Peaks Island and in Freeport. He previously owned an exterior painting company, then spent time in finance before earning his real estate license and transitioning into property management. Before joining CORE, he spent two years working in property management for an affordable housing community in Portland’s East End.
Kim Marohn joined Portside Real Estate Group’s midcoast team, based in the Brunswick office. With 20 years of experience in real estate, Marohn specializes in relocation and downsizing. She previously worked in pharmaceutical and industrial sales.
Bonnie Ray joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as an agent in its Northeast Harbor office, with a focus on Washington and Hancock counties. Ray began her real estate career in the Washington, D.C., area, including Virginia and Maryland. Her connection to Maine began with the purchase of a second home that she operates as a vacation rental.
