Maine Redevelopment Land Bank Authority expands staff with two new hires

The Augusta-based Maine Redevelopment Land Bank Authority has appointed two new managers to its staff.

Jennifer Litteral will serve as the authority’s new operations manager, while Gabe Gauvin steps into the position of program manager.

Literal has two decades of experience in public policy and entrepreneurial support. She founded a manufacturing company and she has led state, national and international initiatives for both profit and nonprofit sectors.

Gauvin has expertise in economic development, brownfields redevelopment and municipal consulting.
