Maine Senate President Michael Thibodeau, R-Winterport, has created a new advisory council composed of business leaders from various sectors across the state.
The Associated Press reported that the Business Advisory Council met for the first time last week. Citing the importance of hearing input from Maine’s business community, Thibodeau said the group will advise on legislation and help develop regulations and policies.
