Malone Commercial Brokers professionals reach career milestones

Malone Commercial Brokers announced that partner Jennifer Small earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, a recognition awarded by the CCIM Institute to real estate professionals who demonstrate expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. 

Small joined Malone in 2000 as an intern, launching her career in commercial real estate. She has since risen in the company and industry to become a top-producing broker in the Maine market. 

Carly Saunders was promoted to broker assistant on the Joe Malone Team after earning an associate broker’s license. She joined Malone in July 2021 as a broker assistant. 

Alexia Fornaro earned a sales agent license and was promoted to broker assistant supporting the Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz team and Michael Anderson. She joined Malone in August 2023 as an operations assistant.
