The MEMIC Group is pleased to announce Matt Coy as Chief Information Officer following the retirement of Jack Yao. Matt will steer MEMIC’s technology strategy, lead modernization efforts, and support the advancement of systems that strengthen efficiency and customer experience across the organization. Matt returns to MEMIC from Montana State Fund, where he led enterprise technology initiatives and major system enhancements. “I’m honored to rejoin MEMIC at such an important moment for the organization,” said Coy. “Matt’s proven expertise and strategic leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping our future as we strengthen our position as the third-largest workers’ compensation specialty insurer in the U.S.,” said Michael Bourque, MEMIC President & CEO. Coy holds an MBA from Westminster University and dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and information systems & technology from Weber State University.
