The Maine Real Estate and Development Association is brainstorming possible action items for consideration by the 133rd state Legislature, which will get underway in January 2027.
Executive Director Shelly Clark said, “MEREDA intends to continue its focus on legislation that creates a more fair, practical and predictable development landscape for Maine.”
Legal and regulatory issues that challenge developers are top priorities.
