The former Portland headquarters of the Maine Turnpike Authority has been sold to an electrical engineering consulting firm.
ComNav Engineering Inc. will buy the 9,800-square-foot building on Riverside Street for $575,000, according to The Associated Press. MTA put the property up for sale three years ago for $925,000 when it relocated in the spring of 2009.
ComNav expects to move its 37 employees from its current location at 987 Riverside St. by the end of May.
