NFI North

2022 Goals

Over the next three years, NFI North will expand services to ensure individuals and families have ready access to a range of mental and behavioral health services across the state of Maine. The following three principles will act as our guide as we deliver services tailored to meet the needs of the people, families and communities we serve:

  • 1. Creating a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion that attracts top talent, improves retention and fosters a supportive environment for all employees and participants.
  • 2. Realizing our mission by expanding our continuum of care through evidence-based programming and practices that enhance our ability to meet the educational, emotional, clinical and behavioral needs of the people and communities we serve.
  • 3. Remaining steadfastly committed to a participant-driven practice where the people being served drive the decision making related to the services they receive.
