Northeast Air, a Portland-based servicer of private aircraft and charters at Portland International Airport, is planning to invest $2 million in passenger terminal upgrades.
The company expects to break ground this November on a new gateway that will service corporate jets and private aircraft, according to the Portland Press Herald.
