Office Depot will shutter its two stores in Maine as it prepares to close about nine percent of its North American locations over the next three months.
The retailer will close a store on Maine Mall Road in South Portland and one on Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, which each employ about 20 workers, according to the Portland Press Herald. The closures will reduce the Delray Beach, Fla.-based company to 1,163 stores nationwide.
