Keller Logistics Group will occupy roughly half of a 160,000-square-foot building at 765 Warren Ave.
Ohio-based Keller Logistics Group leased its first location in Maine, a 70,000-square-foot industrial space at 765 Warren Ave. in Portland.
The 45-year-old company, headquartered in the city of Defiance about 55 miles southwest of Toledo, is a third-party logistics provider supporting local, regional and national brands, with freight management and co-packing services.
Keller will occupy roughly half of the 160,000-square-foot building; American Tire is the other tenant. The property was constructed 38 years ago as a build-to-suit facility for
L.L.Bean, the Freeport-based maker and retailer of outdoor gear and apparel.
The high-bay space was previously occupied by Allagash Brewing Co., which opened a taproom at the Downs in Scarborough
last summer.
James Ewing from Colliers’ Dallas/Fort Worth office represented Keller in the transaction.
Greg Boulos, managing partner of the Boulos Co., represented the landlord, Warren Development II LLC and Chunky Monkey LLC.
Details of the lease rate were not immediately available.
