The owners of Paciarino, at 475 Fore St., in Portland, plan to open a new restaurant at 503-505 Fore St.
The restaurant, doing business as Lacazzimaa Inc., leased 2,996 square feet from Casco View Holdings. The new space will allow the restaurant to expand its menu, according to CBRE | The Boulos Co., which brokered the lease.
The new location is scheduled to open this month.
The space was most recently occupied by Zapoteca Mexican restaurant, which closed last June.
The former space, at 475 Fore St., will be used to expand the company’s retail selection, including house-made sauces, pastas and imported Italian foods.
