A Palm Beach, Fla.-based company has taken over management of the 122-room Hampton Inn in Portland’s Old Port, the second Maine hotel it has added to its portfolio.
Island Hospitality Management LLC, which manages select-service, upscale and extended-stay hotels, announced the move in a press release today. The hotel was previously managed by the Canton, Mass.-based firm, Buffalo Lodging Associates.
According to Island Hospitality’s website, the company also manages the Residence Inn in Scarborough. It now has a portfolio of 78 hotels in 22 states.
