Two Portland entrepreneurs are featured in a series in The Atlantic magazine called “Stories of Economic Progress.”
David Stone, founder of the e-gift card company CashStar and Jean Hoffman, founder of pet medication provider Putney, Inc., were both highlighted in that series, sponsored by Goldman Sachs and written by Maine-based journalist Kathryn Hawkins.
Earlier this year, both entrepreneurs were also named “Business Leaders of the Year” by Mainebiz.
