CORE, a Portland commercial real estate firm, hired Corey Jones as an associate vice president in the acquisitions division.
Jones brings a background in leadership, operations and strategic execution to his new role.

The Maine native began his career in the Maine National Guard before earning a degree in construction management from the University of Maine. He then served as a site superintendent and project manager for Shawmut Design and Construction in Boston, managing large-scale projects nationwide.
During the pandemic, Jones transitioned to full-time service with the Maine Army National Guard as a company commander. His transition into real estate was significantly shaped by a competitive internship at TA Associates.
Jones received his master’s in business administration from Boston College.
