80 Pleasant Ave., South Portland: 7,608-square-foot industrial building sold to Maine Exchange Services LLC by BOGA LP for $840,000. Charles Day, Drew Sigfridson, and Jon Rizzo of CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 14, 2017.

650 Main St., Westbrook: 5,520-square-foot mixed commercial building sold to 650 Main Street LLC by Schoodic Capital, LLC for $532,500. Nate Stevens of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Jessie Pinkham with Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 17, 2017.

56 Bangor St., Augusta: 1,698-square-foot building on .90 acre sold to JFJ Holdings LLC by Tim Donut U.S. Limited Inc. for $350,000.  Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers and Don Pilon of The Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 14, 2017.

138-140 Elm St., Biddeford: Commercial/residential investment property sold to Office Rentals LLC by MCAD Properties LLC for $314,000. Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate (representing buyer) and David Trottier of RE/MAX Realty One (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 10, 2017.

140 Riverside St., Portland: Mixed-use 1,540-square-foot retail building on 0.65 acre lot  sold to Payam Yazdanpanah by Mitchco Properties Inc. for $380,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller) and Shahram Safari of Keller Williams Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 10, 2017.

3 Business Parkway, Brunswick: 59,243-square-foot industrial mixed-use building on 9.86 acres sold to 3 Business Parkway LLC by Brunswick Holdings LLC for $3.875 million. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Dan Greenstein from CBRE The Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 6, 2017.

6 Brunswick Ave., Gardiner: 3,860-square-foot carwash sold to Gardiner Car and Truck Wash LLC by Mr. P’s Carwash LLC for $550,000.  Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 20, 2017.

60 Hutcherson Drive, Gorham: 12.6-acre parcel sold to 60 Hutcherson Drive LLC by Riverstone Properties LLC for $350,000. Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller) and Jenn Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 29, 2017.

358 Washington St. North, Auburn: 8,887-square-foot industrial building on 2.08 acres sold to Watt Properties LLC by DCR Properties of Maine LLC for $280,000. Greg Hastings, Justin Lamontagne and Brad Moll brokered the sale, which closed Jan. 26, 2017.
