Victoria Alexander-Lane, president of Eastern Maine Healthcare System’s 25-bed Pittsfield hospital, resigned Friday after three years in the post.
According to a hospital statement, Alexander-Lane’s resignation as head of Sebasticook Valley Health took effect the same day. The hospital did not disclose the reasons for the resignation.
In the interim, the hospital’s COO Terri Vieira will serve as acting CEO. A press release from the hospital said Alexander-Lane’s resignation was a mutally agreed upon decision.
